  • Drive communication and change management efforts related to compensation programs, including developing guidance and training materials for HR and business stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve compensation processes, tools, and stakeholder experience

  • Experience managing compensation across multiple European countries, with understanding of regional regulations and market practices
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience building dashboards or visualisations is a plus
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and enhance how compensation programs are delivered and understood
  • Experience with Workday Compensation and/or other compensation tools (e.g., PayFactors, Salary.com)
