As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Paid Media Manager – Ecommerce What you will be doing at ARROW: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels. Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize ecommerce campaigns for technology products, software solutions, and IT services. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring. Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, audiences, and conversion funnels. Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue. Manage remarketing and customer retention campaigns. Generate regular performance reports and recommendations for management. Stay current with advertising platform updates, ecommerce trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Who We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce advertising campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Experience managing advertising budgets and performance reporting. Experience marketing IT products, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or technology hardware. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
