Responsabilidades
- Gerenciar a saúde operacional e o sucesso diário do portfólio de clientes, atendendo todas as necessidades contratadas com excelência.
- Liderar reuniões de performance e planejamento com os clientes, comunicando resultados de forma clara e construindo confiança.
- Delegar atividades, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs e prazos, e atuar proativamente na resolução de problemas.
- Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe, conduzindo 1:1s, dando feedbacks e apoiando a criação de Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDIs).
- Garantir a qualidade das entregas da equipe e identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação.
- Participar de processos seletivos, ajudando a atrair e contratar os melhores talentos.
