Role Overview
The Activations Marketing Executive will support the Senior Activations Marketing Executive in executing strategic activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong interest in developing Marketing strategies and delivering high-impact events and activations.
Responsibilities:
- Activations Strategies Executing: Support the implementation of activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.
- Event Deliver: Collaborate to the execution of a range of events, from large scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
- Vendor Management: Support the management relations with external vendors and partners for event-related services.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Establish healthy working relationships with the team and external agencies.
Requirements:
- High level verbal and written English and Italian
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similars.
- Knowledge of world of sports & lifestyle and youth culture.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills.
- Problem Solving
- Geographically mobile. Open to travel to cover events and activations.
Experience and Availability
- A previous of Marketing experience within apparel, sportswear or relevant lifestyle Brands/Retailers is appreciated.
- Geographically mobile.
