Job summary :
- Supplier Quality KPI setup and drive supplier to meet Renesas expectation.
- Audit and evaluate contract manufacture’s production lines and quality system for product readiness and verify compliance VDA6.3 standards from Auto product
- Identify opportunity for quality control enhancement and implement new methods accordingly
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality excursions and drive for effective root cause solutions and preventive actions
- Support Supplier process/material change process and site certification audit activities
- Perform Supplier Quality assistance in the creation, establishment and installation of best-known practices.
- Customer obsessed: Partner with cross functional team to ensure quality event or unit return doesn’t impact customer requirement
- Drive CIP towards better Quality/Cost/Cycle time…etc
- Host MRB with cross functional team to finalize product disposition
- Bachelor’s degree holder in electrical, Physics, Chemistry, materials science or related field.
- 10+ experience in foundry PIE/Module or Quality function team
- Fluent in English

- ISO9001 / IATF16949 certification and VDA6.3 training evidence.
- Familiar BCD or JETFET process.
