As a Business & Operations Track Summer Associate at Capital Group, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting one of the teams that helps power Capital Group's business and long-term success. Through meaningful work, coaching, mentorship, and collaboration with professionals across the firm, you'll strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills while developing a deeper understanding of how a global investment management organization operates. The Summer Associate Program provides experience within one of the business areas represented in the full-time Business & Operations Track, a two-year rotational experience that provides exposure to multiple business functions through rotational assignments and professional development opportunities. High-performing Summer Associates may be considered for conversion into the full-time Business & Operations Track of the Capital Group Rotational Program upon graduation. What You'll Do Summer Associates are placed on a specific team for the duration of the program, providing meaningful experience within a particular business area.
