At air up, we’re changing how the world drinks water. With scent. Behind every pod is a team that works, builds and sips its way through the day at our Munich HQ. Your job? Keep our building running and shape the processes behind it. Smooth days for everyone inside. Every day. 

As our Intern for Workplace & People Intern, you’ll sit right where our office meets our people. You’ll coordinate trades and service providers, keep track of appointments and be the go-to person for our subtenants. Yes, that includes chasing quotes and following up until everything’s fixed. On the People & Culture side, you’ll support recruiting, onboarding and team initiatives, and bring in your own ideas to make our office work better for everyone. 

*** You’ll be part of our People & Culture team in Munich, full-time and on-site five days a week.***

Your responsibilities

• You coordinate trades and service providers, from getting quotes to checking the work is done right.
• You schedule and keep track of repairs, maintenance and other appointments. 
• You coordinate our sublease and be the contact person for our subtenants.
• You will be the go-to person for all things workplace.
• You take ownership of predefined projects, bring them to life, and support new improvement and automation ideas from first idea to done. 
• You help our People & Culture team with recruiting, onboarding and team initiatives (e.g our yearly company events).
  
  

This is you 

• You’re in the final stages of your studies or have recently completed them, and/or have gained first experience in workplace or office management, HR administration, hospitality or something similar, ready to contribute and grow.
  First experience is absolutely enough; we care more about your drive than your years. 
• You love thinking creatively and taking initiative to make things happen, and your structured, precise working style helps you bring your ideas to life effectively.
• You genuinely enjoy working for people. A smoother day for the team? That’s your win.
• You keep track of appointments, quotes and to-dos.
• You don’t stop at “I’ll look into it”. You follow up until it’s done.
• You’re available five days a week at our Munich office near Ostbahnhof.
• You speak fluent German and good English.
