Make an Impact in Critical Care Join a collaborative, patient-centered ICU team where your clinical expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. Partnering closely with intensivists, surgeons, hospitalists, and nurses, you will practice at the top of your license in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do · Patient Care: Complete histories/physical exams, assess patient progress, and coordinate treatment plans with intensivists. · Procedures: Perform central lines, arterial lines, NG/enteral tubes, bladder catheterization, phlebotomy/IVs, and EKGs. · ICU Management: Enter admissions/orders, lead or join daily rounds, and document in the EMR. · Coordination & Support: Handle discharge planning, referrals, and provide compassionate support to patients and families. What We're Looking For · Education: Bachelor’s degree + completion of an accredited 2-year PA or NP program. · Licensure: Current MA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. · Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. · Experience: 0–1 years required (ICU experience preferred).
