HR Coordinator – Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and support new hires throughout the onboarding process

• Handle employee offboarding processes

• Prepare and manage employment agreements, amendments, and related documentation

• Manage attendance reports and monitor attendance data

• Support ongoing payroll-related processes

• Provide employees with guidance and support on HR-related matters

• Handle a variety of day-to-day HR activities

• Support and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities

• Perform ongoing HR administrative tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources – must

• Familiarity with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance management, and payroll-related processes

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

• Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Responsible, independent, and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – an advantage

Position: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00
