Demonstrated experience developing and executing an AI or automation enablement strategy in an operational context, including tool evaluation, adoption planning, and impact measurement. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams around shared operating practices and data standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to surface insights, communicate status, and support executive decision making. Experience working in collaborative, cross functional environments where alignment must be built across functions rather than directed from above. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Willingness to travel as needed.
