Data, Reporting & Governance Maintain and enhance People analytics and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making. Establish and enforce data governance standards, system configuration protocols, and user access controls to protect data integrity and security. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations across all People systems. People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage the day-to-day work of the People Technology & Operations team, setting clear roles and responsibilities across the function.
