We’re looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with our sellers and help drive supply across the PSA Exchange Marketplace. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, ensuring your accounts have a seamless experience and the tools and guidance they need to succeed. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight, and proactive problem-solving within one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem. You’ll report to Senior Manager, Marketplace Supply and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process. Travel of up to 10% is required for this role. What You’ll Do: Run targeted outreach campaigns to identify, pitch, and manage sellers on the PSA Exchange platform Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success Serve as the point of contact for seller issues, proactively solving problems for customers before they escalate Monitor selling performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth Represent seller needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Exchange performance and usability Who You Are: Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel 5+ years of experience in account management or client success (preferably in eCommerce, collectibles, or B2B SaaS) Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
