We are looking for a physician or advanced practice provider to join our group of five clinicians. Open specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics. New grads are welcome to apply. Our Team Clinicians: Dr. Brown, Dr. Hollister (lead physician, in the office three days a week), Dr. Henderson, Melody Ronk, PA, and Brittany Dionisio, NP One MA per provider (shared, not dedicated) One Navigator who supports all charts A dedicated billing and coding manager A full-time intern An experienced office manager Scope of Practice Standard primary care, minor surgeries, cryotherapy, and similar procedures Gynecology services (no OB) Compensation and Benefits Advanced Practice Providers: $50 to $56 per hour, or a salary in the range of $120,000 to $140,000 Physicians are typically compensated on an RVU basis; APPs are typically on salary Full-time status is 32 clinical hours per week and qualifies for all benefits Health insurance 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution after one year (full-time employees) Vacation that accrues from day one and rolls over; time may be taken after six months.
