Proven track record as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager, including building and managing roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining requirements, and resolving technical debt issues. Demonstrated success designing, launching, and scaling digital capability programs that connect effectively with users and deliver measurable outcomes. Deep expertise in evaluating, deploying, and managing digital communications technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Poppulo, Typeface, Airtable, and emerging AI-enabled tools. Functional skills: Strong, highly dynamic and engaging communications skills – clear writing style and personable live presentations – that captures attention and builds influence.
