Job Description Job Qualifications * 5+ years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management in Government business. * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Government hospital purchase patterns, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory landscape. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
