Daily challenges Monitoring of the customer’s system - production and preproduction, via incidents management tools. Resolving the incidents in the scope of L1/L2 level or involve L3 for more complex ones. Collaborate with the development teams regarding batch jobs that belongs to them for batch job issues. Ontime incidents handling based on the SLA. eXperience and skills required Strong knowledge of COBOL with relevant hands-on development and/or support experience. Experience working with COBOL-based applications in enterprise or production environments. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and modify existing COBOL code. Experience supporting business-critical systems and investigating application issues. Any basic technical background (UNIX/LINUX, Windows) will be a plus. Fluency in English.
