About the role We are looking for a GraphTalk Developer to join our Insurance Product team, with a focus on Financial Flows. He/she will bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and a product-oriented mindset, translating client and business needs into secure, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions that can deliver value across multiple clients. Daily challenges Analyze system and business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Build solutions with a product-oriented approach, identifying opportunities for standardization and reuse across clients. Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software to improve quality, performance, and maintainability. Analyze user activity and system performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities that support business decision-making. Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation to support knowledge sharing and transparency. Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Share technical expertise and provide guidance to team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment. eXperience and skills required Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience. Preferably 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry. 3+ years of hands-on experience with GraphTalk. Experience in the insurance domain, preferably with exposure to financial flows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Fluent written and spoken English.
