Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle. Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results. Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices. Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss. EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience. 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business Curtainwall industry experience required.
