- Ensure client transaction processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly & security pricing is accurate.
- Review pricing of portfolios, confirming securities such as equities, options, futures, bonds & OTC derivatives are priced correctly. Gather security prices from vendors such as Bloomberg & ICE when necessary.
- Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to deliver Investment Manager positions and profit & loss reconciliations.
- Perform GAV reviews
- Liaise with custodians, brokers and other counterparties on an ongoing basis for break resolutions and process improvements.
- Respond to queries from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the new client onboarding processes.
- Involvement in projects and managing change.
- Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology.
- University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education.
- Candidates will require at least 2 years’ experience within the investor services or asset management industry.
- Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options & OTC derivatives.
- Experience with a reconciliation technology, a portfolio management system or an investment accounting general ledger is an asset
