Prepare the Soup of the Day from scratch using fresh ingredients and established recipes.
Create and prepare daily salad and sandwich specials.
Keep the pantry fully stocked and organized with all required menu items and ingredients.
Prepare and cook made-to-order items from the lunch menu while maintaining quality and consistency.
Properly date, label, and store all prepared food and ingredients according to food-safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area throughout the shift.
Follow and complete the daily kitchen checklist to ensure all tasks and preparations are completed.
Assist with special events, catering, and additional kitchen duties as needed.
Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent food quality.
