Daily SLA achievement & metric tracking- productivity, quality, TAT, aging, DSO Must have a thorough understanding of Provider claim life cycle. Time Management Skills Decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting. Must have thorough knowledge of major insurance payers. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers and team members. Must have thorough knowledge of common denials. Must know standard practices of RCM.
