Job Title: Auxiliar de Activos Fijos Job Description Control de todos los inventarios del site, logistica de movimiento de activos, control de bodega activos de todo el site Auxiliar de activos fijos / Representative assest management Administrar los recursos financieros de la organizacion para el desarrollo de las actividades del negocio que garantice su continuidad y sostenibilidad en el tiempo. Contribuir con el control y conciliación de bienes e inventarios como la verificación de ingresos, traslados y bajas, con el propósito de garantizar el mantenimiento de los activos de la compañía y el procesamiento de la información. Responsabilidades: Control de bodega e inventario de todo el site de equipos de cómputo y mobiliario Inventarios periódicos de bodega (equipos de cómputo + consumibles) Atender tickets sobre entregas y movimientos de equipos y mobiliario solicitados dentro del site Organizar y registrar equipos que se vaya a realizar disposición física. Recibir y etiquetar equipos de cómputo y/o mobiliario entregado por proveedores Realizar actas de asignación, Inventariar y empaquetar equipos w@h y envíos para desplazar a otros sites Hacer recorridos en piso para detectar incidencias en equipos y mobiliario Acomodo y almacenamiento físico de activos y consumibles en bodega Elaboración de reportes mensuales en Excel que se deben entregar a equipo regional sobre inventarios.
