Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization Must Have: Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 Database: SQL Server, SQL optimization, Entity Framework Architecture: Object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, Microservices, Distributed systems fundamentals, API design, Integration patterns DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub Azure: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage At least 3-4 years of technical leadership experience. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define application/component-level architecture and technical design. Support developers in resolving technical challenges. Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
