Directs, trains and monitors operators in maintenance, grooming and on hill operations. Ability to groom existing trails, winch, shape and push snow. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 3 full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
