Performs delegated nursing tasks for which competence is demonstrated through the Nursing Assistant skills checklist. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Currently registered with the State of Wisconsin Registry for Nursing Assistants to be eligible for employment in the basic provider settings. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required. Education High School diploma or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
