Join us at Chatswood Primary OSHCare, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 17.5 hours per week. You’ll work each afternoon Monday - Friday (2:15pm-5:45pm) with the option to pick up Before School Care shifts and out of ratio hours where needed!

About the role
The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
