OSHC Coordinator | Subiaco and Surrounds.

PART TIME

We’re looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Subiaco area and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 32 hours per week, including 2 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am (extended to 11:00am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Stay and Play: 2:40pm – 6:00pm

As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of dedicated Educators, build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, and bring fun, creativity and care into each day. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys leading a team, and wants to make a genuine impact in their local community.

If you’re ready to step into a rewarding leadership role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $43 per hour + super, rewarding the important role you play every day.
  • Regional Manager Support: Leading a service doesn't mean doing it alone. Your Regional Manager will provide coaching, guidance and practical support every step of the way.
  • Coordinator Loyalty Program: Enjoy $1,250 in retention bonuses during your first year as a thank you.
  • Family-Friendly Support: Access paid parental leave (10 weeks) and up to 50% off childcare fees, supporting you and your family now and in the future.
  • Career Growth & Development: Build your skills through paid training and clear pathways to progress within JAG.
  • Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits: Access discounted gym & wellbeing memberships, health insurance and retail savings, helping your money go further.
  • Referral Rewards: Earn $1,000 cash for every successful referral and help us grow our exceptional team.

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
