OSHC Coordinator | Southern River Area.

FULL TIME

We’re looking for an experienced and confident OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Southern River area and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

This is a permanent full-time role offering 38 hours per week, including 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help maintain a safe and high-quality service, and build positive relationships with children, families and the school community

We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide and develop a team, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and bring structure, consistency and sound decision-making to the service. You’ll also bring fun, creativity and care into each day, ensuring children have meaningful opportunities to learn, connect and enjoy their time with us.
