Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Greet customers, answer questions. Keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and inventory. Maintain cleanliness of the Outback by bussing tables, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms. Maintain a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers. Work as part of the team by assisting, communicating, and proactivity troubleshooting problems. Keeps fire pit going. Secondary Responsibilities: Shovel snow Other duties as assigned Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications- Idaho Food Safety Certification and Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Certificate (training provided). Technical- Computer skills Physical Capabilities- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 100lbs with assistance. Additional- Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
