Responsabilidades Mantenimiento de Instalaciones / Infraestructura Realiza inspecciones preventivas semi‑rutinarias en sitio a componentes no críticos de las instalaciones. Ejecuta reparaciones, mantenimiento e instalaciones semi‑rutinarias en componentes no críticos de las instalaciones. Supervisa el Sistema de Monitoreo del Edificio (BMS) y responde oportunamente a alarmas semi‑rutinarias de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar. Apoya al personal más senior en reparaciones de mayor complejidad y en acciones correctivas de mantenimiento. Opera sistemas de plomería, supresión contra incendios y sistemas de seguridad, bajo la supervisión de personal técnico más senior. Normalmente sigue procedimientos establecidos para trabajo rutinario; solo requiere instrucciones en nuevas asignaciones. Soporte a Proveedores Coordina con proveedores para asegurar que las actividades de mantenimiento se realicen conforme a los requerimientos de Equinix. Apoya el proceso de aprobación de órdenes de trabajo para proveedores de servicios en trabajos de mantenimiento rutinarios, incluyendo: reunión inicial, seguimiento durante la jornada/turno de trabajo y revisión final de los trabajos realizados.
