What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate product configurations throughout the order and product lifecycle. Review and validate sales orders to ensure configuration accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability. Translate customer and business requirements into executable product configurations in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, and Operations. Support product releases, engineering changes, and configuration updates. Manage and analyze complex product structures, BOMs, configuration options, rules, and dependencies. Identify configuration gaps and risks and drive cross-functional resolution. Support operational readiness through accurate and timely configuration management. Drive data analysis, process improvement, standardization, and automation. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in configuration management, manufacturing, operations or planning. Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders. Self-driven and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of BOM structures, ECO processes, and complex manufacturing environments. Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC), product lifecycle management (PLM), or configuration management tools. Experience with data analysis, process improvement, or automation initiatives. Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
