Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the fitness industry required. Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age required. RQI Responder within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent work, whichever comes first, required. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred. Demonstrated experience successfully overseeing the safety of others preferred. Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes. Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently. Job Specific Duties: Oversees fitness area and enforces rules in accordance with established policies. Actively circulates and maintains the fitness area(s) to include, but may not be limited to, the track, turf, studios, and gymnasium. Ensures that equipment is utilized appropriately and safely within the fitness area. Resolves unsafe situations per department protocol. Maintains an orderly and clean environment and exceptional organization of equipment per department protocol. Exhibits organization and detail with paperwork and/or waivers per department protocol. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed.
