In this role you will: What are the expected outcomes? What must this role get done in order to meet your business objectives? Define “what success will look like.” Lead the team to become Liquid Filter Production Cell as “Grate Place to Work” Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process. Reduce quality complains and issues Develop and grow employees Make good relationship with related functions and customers globally.
