Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM DataCap administration and structured development methodology
- Experience with MS Server 2008 2012
- Experience with Windows 7-10
- Experience Windows Active Directory
- Experience with SQLServer 2008, 2012, 2014
- Preferable experience in IBM Rational toolset, including, but not limited to Clear Case and Clear Quest
- Computer Science or Business degree or equivalent working experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - works well with diverse teams and independently
- Self-starter with excellent organization, planning, detail oriented documentation and time management skills
- Experienced with the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and support including batch and interactive design
- Experience with 24/7 problem solving in an existing, complex environment including monitoring disk, CPU and network performance anomalies and the ability to act immediately upon system and/or network performance alarms
- Experienced with the use of capacity plans to plan for future growth within the boundaries of the current design
- Demonstrated experience in configuration management
- Knowledge of VMware, physical server configuration, and network configurations
- Multi-platform and multi-system integration experience
