- Acquiring new corporate customers (mainly by phone), including negotiating and closing contracts
- You will pro-actively research local businesses with hotel accommodation requirements and build key relationships in order to negotiate and win contracts
- Preparing and interpreting reports and analysing customer performance, as well as your own
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation
- Planning and executing all sales activities including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours.
- Managing long term partnership with clients to build reliable relationships.
- Playing a key role in the hotel's launch strategy to establish the Hotel in the London market.
- Bringing ideas, creativity and local market insight into a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
