What you will do
- Handle technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing system
- Analyse fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root cause
- Guide technicians to the right repair, in clear written German
- Document every case accurately and escalate complex cases to our Level 2 team with all the information they need
- Spot recurring issues and share them with the engineering team
- Build your expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop, with a focus on diagnostics
- A technical qualification (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Techniker, Kfz-Meister, automotive technician) or an engineering degree
- Confident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systems
- Fluent German and good professional English
- An analytical, independent way of working, and the patience to handle a high volume of cases
- The right to work in the EU
Nice to have
- High-voltage / EV qualification (e.g. DGUV 209-093 level 2S/3S or equivalent)
- Experience with a technical hotline, warranty or ticketing tools
What we offer
- HUF 800,000–850,000 gross per month
- Hybrid work from Budapest, with flexible home office (living elsewhere in Hungary? Talk to us!)
- Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, no weekends
- Full manufacturer technical training, including EV/HV
