Job Summary This is an entry-level position where the candidate will assist the Investors, Supervisors & Directors in stewardship of media buys across multiple media outlets and accounts. What You’ll Do 95% - Media Schedule Data Management Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representative Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors Input/check post-logs in Core (response analysis system) Gather ad rates, and send schedules to media outlets Confirm media schedules Work across brand planning & other activation teams to ensure best results for client 5% - Clerical Manage traffic needs Who You Are A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively to bring ideas to completion Innately curious, with a hunger for proactive and creative problem solving Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback and opportunities for growth Confident in navigating conversations internally and externally Nimble and flexible with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Able to thrive under pressure, driving success in deadline driven environments An advocate for and supporter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Experience working in fast-paced environment and able to multi-task Flexible multi-tasker, with the ability to follow directions Detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers Strong verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, outgoing, and curious demeanor Certificates, Licenses and Registrations N/A Physical Activity and Work Environment N/A #LI-TV1 #HM #LI-HYBRID Horizon Media is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Salary Range $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
