What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. 5+ years of experience overseeing projects and teams across diferent projects and clients including, but not limited to, AML Transaction Monitoring, Escalations, PEP Screening Reviews, or CDD/EDD Reviews. Have experience leading multiple teams and working within a given project while ensuring oversight of the entire engagement, including monitoring milestone completion dates, project budgets, resource allocation, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Subject matter expertise in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering and/or financial fraud investigations. Strong written and verbal communication skills including developing presentations for different audiences (Client Stakeholders, Senior Level Executives, Guidehouse Leadership, etc.) The ability to speak and write English fluently. To operate from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy.
