Own overall equipment performance, reliability, and availability for MOL production lines. Lead troubleshooting and recovery activities for equipment and automation-related issues. Analyze downtime trends and drive corrective and preventive actions. Improve equipment OEE, MTBF, and MTTR performance. Support and optimize changeover and preventive maintenance programs. Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies. Support production startup, changeovers, and first-board qualifications. Engage vendors for technical problem resolution and continuous improvement activities. Demonstrate proficiency in AI-enabled ways of working by leveraging AI-assisted tools, data analytics, and digital technologies to improve equipment reliability, troubleshooting effectiveness, maintenance efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
