Prepare monthly treasury reports detailing total exposures, upcoming expirations, facility headroom, and counterparty concentration risks. Evaluate the creditworthiness of issuing and confirming banks to maintain compliance with corporate counterparty risk policies. Collaborate with internal operational, legal and risk management departments to manage claims, reductions, or defaults effectively. Review underlying commercial contracts to determine specific trade finance and security requirements, providing expert guidance to internal teams. Maintain trade finance dashboards and software modules, ensuring real-time accuracy of records and tracking systems. Drive operational efficiency by supporting initiatives to transition paper-based workflows into digital and electronic trade solutions. Serve as a key point of contact for relationship banks and surety brokers, conducting regular performance and fee audits. Support system implementations, testing activities, upgrades, and technology enhancements affecting treasury operations. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
