Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our production department in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. What a typical day looks like: Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment. Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO. Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost. Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams. Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions. Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation). Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment. Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects. Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: University degree (preferably technical or related to production management). Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations. Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope. Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Results-oriented, responsible, and independent. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment. Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage.
