Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities The person in this role will work remotely in Missouri. Develops strategic marketing plans, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions. Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets and develops and implements strategic plans, resulting in a specified increase in market share. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs, leading to an increase in agency retention and satisfaction. Educates agencies on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques. Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets. May develop and execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making. Experience: Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a related role.
