Contribuir para aprimorar os processos de satisfação do cliente, no que diz respeito a atendimento da documentação exigida pelo mesmo. - Executar mapeamentos de processo nas áreas de negócio visando estabelecer processos padronizados e capturando oportunidades de melhoria; - Promover a implementação de metodologias da qualidade. - Suportar as áreas de negócio na elaboração e revisão, na divulgação e treinamento de especificação do cliente, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho; - Promover a manutenção de processos operacionais em conformidade com as normas, políticas e diretrizes de qualidade. Conduzir o processo de manutenção e aprimoramento de sistema de qualidade e da excelência operacional em conformidade com as diretrizes e metas definidas pela gestão. Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis. Requisitos: Formação Superior em Administração de Empresas, Economia ou Engenharias. Conhecimento em Certificações/Auditorias, em processos de melhoria contínua. Experiência prévia e interesse em atuar com: leitura de documentação e Interpretação de desenhos técnicos e mecânicos (mandatório). Desejável certificações ISO 9001 e Formação de auditor.
