Your Responsibilities Design and implement HCM solutions supporting end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes. Contribute to projects involving Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging leading practices and industry standards. Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes. Lead functional project activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities. Prepare and deliver client presentations and project deliverables. Manage project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or supporting HR transformation initiatives. Experience with at least one major HCM platform such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting. Previous consulting experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent French and English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
