This role will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. The position will be fully onsite. Responsibilities: Greet customers, visitors and colleagues. Provide a consistent point of contact for all GHQ office colleagues. Actively manage physical access credentials and office security for GHQ and assist with other global sites. Work collaboratively with various business groups to develop and maintain effective office management procedures Actively manage conference rooms and provide assistance as required. Assist with Concur travel program Provide ongoing support to internal business groups as required. Basic Qualifications Strong customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must be able to lawfully work within US. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (case of paper, packages etc.) Ability to handle multiple projects and meet stated deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals, both internal and external Self-starter, able to motivate oneself and team members At Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
