Current Salesforce certification required, preferably Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, with experience across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud. Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate complex needs into scalable solutions. Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
