We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to support the implementation of consistent marketing strategies across our Premium brands in ENA, including Pullman, Swissôtel, and Mövenpick. In this role, you will work closely with the team to help deliver impactful brand initiatives across brand experience, social media, event activations, partnerships, communication campaigns, and content creation.
Beyond operational support, you will also contribute to safeguarding brand identity and positioning, ensuring that all assets, communications, and activations are aligned with regional and global brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy Implementation : Participate in the execution of brand strategies across Pullman, Swissôtel, and Mövenpick, ensuring consistency and relevance across the ENA region.
- Market Research & Benchmarking : Contribute to benchmark analyses and prepare presentations to identify market trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Communication Campaigns & Brand Events : Support the development and rollout of communication campaigns and assist in the planning and execution of high-impact brand events, such as Pullman xChange , including agency coordination, budget follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Social Media, CRM & Web Messaging : Support the regional social media strategy, coordinate influencer activations, and help oversee brand messaging across CRM, web, and social media channels.
- Brand Quality & Asset Management : Act as a key point of contact for organizing and distributing photo and video assets, ensuring that all materials comply with brand guidelines.
- Partnerships & Collaborations : Support the management of partnerships with creators, artists, and brands to enhance brand awareness and strengthen regional relevance.
- Brand Products, Services & Guidelines : Assist in the development of new brand products and services, as well as in the creation and update of related brand guidelines.
- Content & Internal Communication : Contribute to the production of presentations, internal newsletters, and communication materials for the network, as well as for internal and external audiences.
Level of Studies: BAC+4 / +5
Field of Studies: Marketing/communication
Experience: A first internship in the hospitality industry would be ideal
Languages: French & English (fluent)
Requirements:Fluency in English & French (written & spoken)
