Summary Provides general facility management tasks to include inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. Job Duties Performs minor maintenance of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, systems, structures and other general maintenance. Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Responds to trouble calls, work requests and emergency situations. Assists department colleagues of all trades.
