This role isn’t just dispatching—it’s a fast-track into leadership. 🔹 What You’ll Do Dispatch and support a team of up to 40 drivers Act as the communication hub between drivers, vendors, and leadership Adjust routes in real-time to improve efficiency Problem-solve issues on the road (delays, equipment, etc.) Track performance metrics and help drive results 🔹 Why This Role Immediate exposure to high-volume logistics operations Build real-world skills in leadership, decision-making, and problem solving Clear path to Operations Supervisor / Management roles Work out of HQ with visibility to senior leadership 🔹 Who We’re Looking For Recent grads or early-career candidates Strong communicator + thrives in fast-paced environments Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Motivated to grow a long-term career in logistics 💰 Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 📅 Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm ✅ Full benefits: 401(k), PTO, Medical/Dental, FSA, Life Insurance If you’re competitive, driven, and want to **build a career—not just take a job—**apply today.
