LinkedIn Sales Solutions, Senior Account Director – EMEAL Mid-Market Enterprise (Spanish Italian region), Dublin.

FULL TIMEHYBRIDLEADERSHIPSALES & MARKETING

This role will be based in Dublin

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales. We are supporting customers in developing a Deep Sales approach focusing their sales efforts where they will have the best impact.  We do this through the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which helps connect, engage and build mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers at the right time. You will sell the tool (Sales Navigator) you use to be a successful seller on a daily basis to customers who need this tool to sell to their own customers and grow their business.

The Opportunity

The highest-performing sellers in EMEAL MME are growth creators: commercially sharp, AI-enabled, trusted by executives, disciplined in account planning, resilient under pressure and committed to raising the capability of the team around them.

As a Senior Account Director within our EMEAL Mid-Market Enterprise business, you will help customers realise greater value from their investment in Sales Navigator by identifying new opportunities for growth across existing customer environments.

Success in this role comes from understanding your customers' business, building trusted executive relationships and helping customers realise the long-term value of Sales Navigator as a core part of their sales strategy.

You'll combine thoughtful account planning, consultative selling, commercial acumen and AI-enabled insights to help customers expand adoption, improve seller productivity and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the region's most ambitious organisations while continuing to develop your own enterprise sales career within one of the world's leading SaaS businesses.

Top performers are recognised through meaningful career development opportunities, leadership visibility, financial reward and programmes including Club, Club One, Pacesetter Club, Bravo!, Peak+, Catalyst and EmergIn.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, creating long-term expansion opportunities across your territory.

  • Develop strategic territory and account plans that identify whitespace, prioritise opportunity and establish clear pathways for customer growth.

  • Build trusted relationships across customer organisations, engaging sales, revenue, operations, enablement and executive stakeholders to support broader adoption.

  • Lead consultative customer conversations that connect business priorities with measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Demonstrate the value of Sales Navigator through executive business reviews, customer success stories, usage insights and value realisation.

  • Create new growth opportunities through proactive pipeline generation, customer insight and disciplined opportunity management.

  • Use LinkedIn insights, customer data and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen account planning, customer engagement and commercial decision making.

  • Maintain a high standard of forecasting, pipeline quality and execution across your business.

  • Contribute to the development of the broader team by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues and helping strengthen our collective capability.
